For more than 20 years, Jacob has worked as a hands-on social compliance auditor—not a software developer who's never stepped inside a factory. With over 500 facility audits across Japan, China, and the United States, he's experienced firsthand the challenges that auditors face: tight deadlines, complex regulations, language barriers, and the pressure to deliver accurate findings.
