4. Service Delivery
- Type: Cloud-based SaaS (digital service)
- Access: Immediate upon successful payment

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access to the service continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
Pass Guarantee
Voice Premium only. You are eligible for a one-time 50% refund of the most recent monthly payment if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- Active Voice Premium subscription
- Complete 20 voice sessions within 30 days of subscribing
- Sit the APSCA Part III exam within 14 days of your 20th session
- Submit your official exam result as proof of failure
The Pass Guarantee is a one-time benefit per customer, lifetime.
No General Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate access upon payment, we do not offer refunds outside the Pass Guarantee program. Please review our service thoroughly before subscribing.
6. Additional Fees
- Voice Premium sessions: 20 voice sessions included per month. Additional sessions available at $10 per 5 sessions.
- No hidden fees: The subscription price includes all standard features. No setup fees, no maintenance fees.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court (東京地方裁判所) as the court of first instance.
